Our Waters
Nestled among the north shore of massachusetts lies a variety of special bodies of water and other vast estuaries containing flats that will provide unique opportunities to sight fish for Striped Bass. Utilizing our poling skiffs we will be able to reach areas where no other vessel dare to explore.
The Mitzi 16 technical poling skiff, with a draft of only 6”, is able provide a stealthy approach to even the wariest striper cruising the flats. Equipped with a Yamaha 50, we are able to maintain not only speed but comfort as well while we cruise through the maze of estuaries.

Captain Colin Cournoyer grew up on the coast of Massachusetts beginning his fishing journey down in Martha’s Vineyard. He later on settled down in the North Shore where he began fly fishing in and around Plum Island for the past 10 years. With his knowledge and expertise, he will be able to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for fly fishermen of all skill levels.

As Striped Bass make their way up the coast from the Chesapeake Bay, they make a pit stop in the northern region of New England in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Our focus is to intercept them along our pristine sand flats as they feed on European Green Crabs and Grass shrimp.
